Fiasco & Friends

Arlo Guthrie
Academy of Music

Arlo teamed up with us, Winterpills, and Martin Sexton to raise releif money for the Northampton Arson Victims. Arlo is a great guy backstage as well. He was telling us an amusing story (no suprise) while this picture was taken. We joined him on stage for his last song to top off an already great night. Thanks Arlo, from our whole community.

Dirty Dozen Brass Band
Joining us for a brasstastrophy!

May 2009. Making it an actual dozen.

The Erin McKeown Fiasco
GREEN RIVER FESTIVAL 07

So, Erin decided to borrow our horn players. Being that we're huge fans of her music, she didn't have to twist any arms. She did, however, have to promise to return them with no visible damage or missing accessories. We got them back in one piece and so Erin will be allowed to borrow Fiasco talent again, which she's done.

She also played with Dave and Chris later that day in the Paradise all star jam. She's the shizzle. Erin's site is erinmckeown.com

Gin Blossoms
Particularly Scotty Johnson

Scotty is the guitarist for Gin Blossoms. He had us play on his solo album in the Blossom's studio where we also worked with others from the band. This was right before we left AZ and to be honest, I don't know that any of us have heard it. The picture is of us playing at Scotty's B-day party.

The Neilds
Two CDs and counting..

Are there a more pleasant group of musicians to work with? Probably not. We added our fiasco to their CD, Sister Holler and also their new kids CD on songs like Muffin Man and When The Saints. We've also joined them on the stage in such places as Falcon Ridge Folk Fest (where we played right before Arlo Guthrie) and at our home venue, The Iron Horse. I'm sure it'll happen again. www.nields.com

The Amity Front
Studio & plenty of live moments

The Amity Front is the first band to have given us a chance in Northampton. They had us open for them in June of 06. Since then, we've played a whole bunch of shows including our Happy Pill Circus 3, NorthEast Kingdom Music Festival, and billions of other bars and parties. We've recently Fiascoed their new CD, Border Towns which I must say, is a great album. These guys are a must see if you get the chance.

Adam Sweeney
Technicolor Halo

Adam is a folk singer who had us do a couple tunes on his CD in the very same studio where we worked with the Nields. We are on the song, Doomsday Sunday Sermon. This is a great and interesting album. You can find him at www.adamsweeney.net

The Late Chico Chism
Possibly his last performance.

Chico was the go-to drummer for decades with people like Howlin' Wolf, BB King, Bo Diddley, and countless others. He was on his last leg but played the best tambourine you've ever heard. The world misses you, Chico.
